Yeah, I finally made some progress with my personal website. I’m very pleased with how it’s coming along. Of course HTML is a killer but I’m slowly understanding what it’s all about. Now, I have three pages on my personal site set up. The Friends and Affiliates is the last page I’ve done so far before my finals… I find that I’m becoming a procrastinator as the years progress and that is definitely not a good thing at all. Considering my finals are “just around the corner” as my school newspaper puts it so nicely, I can’t afford to slack off.

 This may very well be my last update of this nifty blog for a while. Phew, goodnight.

Arduous Pursuit- Chapter Two

In Chapter One, Jaden LaReu is a orphaned young lady who feels like she’s been dealt the wrong cards of fate and Heath Thoreau, a rich young man who wants independence and a new life outside the socialite life.

Arduous Pursuit- Chapter One

It’s a story of the rich and the middle class searching to find one’s place in the world. A story of two different people, who don’t understand each other’s culture, background, situation until they are placed together under certain circumstances and learn to understand and accept each other’s way of life, learning a few things about themselves in the process.

Dedicated to my friends at Inscriber’s Shack, Scribbler’s Abode and The Mosaic, which I will give credit to after this chapter.

 Whoop for the awesome theme. Freewebs was getting a little uncooperative. Hopefully, I’ll be able to work with HTML and make a decent site for my darling new tale.

One of my favorite pics. It’s amost a self-portrait because it reminds me so much of myself as a little girl, getting her hair done–having it pulled and stretched from all ends. Gotta love that nappy hair.
